Ali's Bridal Shower

I'm back! I'm back! And I have lots in store for you this week. First up:

Saturday was my baby sister Ali's bridal shower and the details were too sweet not to share. My mom's friends did a beautiful job with gorgeous flowers (Holly Fowler) and our favorite "shower" food: Thai Lettuce Wraps. I'm not sure how the tradition was started but if we are ever involved in giving baby or bridal showers, it's either quiches or lettuce wraps. I made my salted caramel ice cream and Oreo sweet cream ice cream and you better believe there wasn't any leftover to eat the rest of the weekend. (To keep my weight up, I'll be making more.)
