simca's cuisine

i somehow was able to snag Simca's Cuisine for $4 from a book drive. it's used, and loved ... and i love it. it makes my heart beat loudly going through all her classic french cuisine. i can't wait to try the recipes when i have a bit more time.

do any of you have this cookbook? what do you think?
