Well Nicole, the situation is bad/good depending on how you look at it... on one had, you have a lot of customers who are anxious and slightly disappointed it's not working yet... on the other hand, you have a bunch of customers who are willing to sit for hours on end and press refresh... dedicated, loyal, obsessed (admit it... we are all obsessed with Nicole) fans of you... That's gotta feel good!
I bet our refreshing doesn't help the poor guys trying to fix it, but I can't stop myself! I want to take this class, and a free book would be excellent!
