  178. I am so excited for a chance to win this!

(One of) my New Year's resolutions is to be more present, instead of being constantly preoccupied with the dozens of things going on in my life.

  183. Live in the moment!

I find myself in constant planning mode, thoughts continually running through a checklist — from the little "to-do's" to the big future plans — and because of that, sometimes I simply miss the experience that is happening right before me.

I think that if I can really take the time to turn that internal dialog off, I can truly connect with that moment and the people around me... becoming a better fiancé, friend, sister, daughter, coworker, aunt and potentially, photographer. :)
