i'm not a kitchen gadget person,

but i'm totally in love with this kitchenaid pasta press attachment. tomorrow, i'm making mushroom & leek lasagna from the cookbook i'm working on... so pasta is definitely on my mind.

    I have this and LOVE it! You really can't beat homemade pasta.

    It was a toss-up between the meat grinder and pasta attachment. We went with the meat grinder =), but the pasta attachment is on our list!

    we bought a churro maker when we went to spain this year and this reminds me of it.
    so do some play dough toys.

    Nicole, what are your staple kitchen utensils/gadgets? I feel like I have so many things (mostly from wedding gifts) and I rarely use most. I'd love to narrow things down to just a few! Thoughts?
