Easter Eggs and Evie!


With my two-year old Evie, this activity took all of 5 minutes. Lots of dunking and re-dunking and she loved every second!

    Hi Nicole! I have taken several of your photography classes and I use your book, but I still have trouble getting good indoor lighting. It looks incredible here. Would you mind telling me what time of day these were taken and which direction the windows faced? Does that room naturally have good lighting or did you do anything in particular to get it so bright? Also, what lens did you use here? Sorry for all the specifics, but I really appreciate your expertise. Thanks.

    Hi Stephanie!

    These were taken around 11am, backlit from windows giving very little, indirectional light. Windows faced west, but I have a large bldg blocking a lot of light anyway. Shot with a 24-70mm f2.8 and my ISO was SUPER high. Not ideal, but what you do without being able to light it for a lower ISO. :) HOpe that helps!
