chasing the bridge

this past weekend, i spent lots of time chasing the fog to take pictures of some pretty people...

every week, we are taking those obligatory preggo shots and i took advantage of the location. aside from being sick nearly all the time, the second worse thing is this body that just keeps growing in every direction.

anyway, tell me something more exciting... did you do anything fun over the wknd?

  1. Hey there,

I don't know if you remember me, but I took your class a while back (in LA)...finally started my blog! Thanks for your advice:).

Beautiful shots and I can TOTALLY relate with the sickness- seriously, with both kids. Everyone said, "If you get it with one, then the next should be 'smooth sailing'...nope, not the case:). Lasted for over for months with the 1st, and 3 for the 2nd. Good news: It should go away soon!

Since you asked, I went on a picnic and planted a garden this weekend:).

  6. You look great! Really, really pretty! Pregnancy is one of those weird things where you feel beautiful and disgusting all at the same time. Our bodies are amazing.

This weekend I got to visit with my incredible Grandma and make two different apple pies for my dad. I'm trying to find a recipe that he just loves to replace the one that we don't have from his grandma. Any suggestions for me?

  12. Great pictures! You look cute! I was thinking that since you're pregnant and I loved your 'how not to take your engagement photos,' you should do a 'how not to take maternity photos.' There are a lot of BAD ones out there. I think it would be hilarious. Congrats, by the way!

  13. Congratulations on your upcoming arrival! :) I'm 15 weeks along, due at the end of November! I remember that we are about the same size from the SLC art weekend workshops that I attended. I'd absolutely LOVE any suggestions you may have on where to find cute maternity clothes... searching for cute with not alot of luck.

  14. Thanks, Elisa! Congrats to you! If i remember, you're much tinier. :) I bought maternity jeans from the Gap --i actually love them.. and I've gotten some maternity tops from there, but had more fun buying flowy, long tops from Brass Plum at Nordstrom (don't judge) Forever 21 or H&M and Anthropologie has some great tops that work until probably the last couple months.

    Good luck!
