while we are on the subject of my little wedding... i've been receiving comments and email for our wedding pictures that i've oh-so-secretly hidden from you this past year. i have been
completely flattered you have cared to see them, but to be honest, i wasn't sure if i wanted to share them. it seemed to be the one thing i could have to myself... but...
Wedding Style Guide and
Get Married magazines decided to feature them so
here they are blog world! (really, it's not that amazing compared to the rest, but ours was very sentimental and sweet.) you can also see more on
elizabeth's pretty blog.
(warning: most the magazine text is mixed up... and the facts definitely aren't straight. for the record, natalie did not get us back together. :) i also want to give credit to my amazing aunts, cousins and friends who helped put this wedding together with our homemade goods. everything (except the clothes) was made by hand with the design and purpose inspired by my heritage and ancestors. i wanted the village and family members who raised me to be connected to the wedding. i love you all.
Here is a little mag mockup I put together with text by Veeda. (please ignore the typos) Click to enlarge.

It is about time you shared these! Beautiful! I go back and look at mine and am so disappointed. They are so hokey! Makes me want to get dressed up again and redo the pictures! Think anyone would notice it if we suddenly looked 10 years older in our wedding pictures....and had our kids present?!;)
