has it really been a year?

saturday was our first anniversary together. it's wild it's been a year already. to be honest, marriage is much easier than dating. much. all your marriage advice was wonderful and i've actually used a lot of it. (missed that part? click here.) here is a little snapshot of US..

our wedding day, sundance, utah -oct 24, 08

we met at a halloween party and our first date was on halloween night (this picture) i was the cracker jack boy (without that red wig) and adam was a smurf. (he didn't dress up our date night.) he gave me the cheesiest pickup line.

this is the night i knew i was really in love with him.. he gave me a look that melted my butter.

i knew we were a perfect team when he could take orders in the kitchen when i was making 34 individual 3-tiered chocolate ganache cakes for my aunt's surprise party in hawaii.

the night i said yes. (here is the night where he said yes.)

i love you for eternity.

  9. congratulations. I called off my wedding and proposed to my husband to make it up to him...some people thought that was a little silly, me proposing, but it seemed appropriate. (And it was lovely to see some of your beautiful wedding photos)
