and i'm looking for a great, small outdoor gas grill. looking into the weber q 320. any other suggestions? (it can't be more than 37" wide.) i've been itching to grill fruits and vegetables. oh. and have a party.
My husband had one of those Weber grills in college and we used in our first year of living together – it works great for the size. He used to make hamburgers for his entire ROTC detachment on it in college. I would highly recommend it!
If you are looking for something even smaller, we have the gas Patio Caddie by Char-Broil and LOVE IT.
Only two bummers we have experienced so far have to do with the lip not being attached (you have to hang it from the side) and no tray to set anything down on (like a spatula or plate of marinating meat.)
But it is the only grill on the market that meets our condo's fire hazard restrictions and so we worship at it's adorable little roundness.
We have a coleman portable grill. It's handy because if you're going camping, etc., you don't need to bring teh stand...I'd suggest something that is portable only becasue if later on you do upgrade to a big daddy grill, the little one will still be handy to have for travel purposes.
we just bought the weber electric grill because we technically weren't allowed to have a grill with an "open flame." A common problem for city dwellers i guess. But the electric grill is amazing. It gets as hot as a gas grill and we've been really happy. Good luck shopping!
We have this one after wanting something we could stow away. We bought the flat plate as well. Love it. Have done everything from sausages to roasts in it. And it goes anywhere which is great.
We have had one for 3 yrs. and LOVE it!!! Cooks super fast, and is the perfect size.
ReplyDeleteDitto Ariel.
