best news! i have
this beautiful by boe necklace to giveaway to one of you! i have one and it's so precious. leave a comment with your valentine's day plans to enter to win and if you do, you'll get to wear it on your special day!
(deadline is wed at midnight.)
It's my husband's birthday, so we are going to have a quiet night at home, and I am going to make his favorite dinner and dessert (chocolate lava). He's my Valentine every day of the year. :)
ReplyDeleteHow sweet is that necklace!
ReplyDelete<3 Grace.
It will start with a heart themed breakfast, then a fun Valentine's project in Primary, another heart themed meal (dinner) and after the kiddos are in bed a dvd and romantic evening with my hubby :)
ReplyDeletePS: I received the Photo 101 book last week and read it cover to cover, now I need to start applying your fantastic advice, I LOVE IT! Now just come to Portland - I already know 5 people who would come to your course. How I wish we stilled lived in SF so I could take your courses.
oh it's so cute...i love bows! hopefully we are going to put the baby down early and have a nice quiet romantic dinner at home.
ReplyDeleteMy plans? To wear that beautiful, delicate necklace! (please?)
ReplyDeleteThen snuggle with the hubby and get the little ones to sleep EARLY!!
LOVE the necklace. I get to go back home and visit my family for the long weekend, and spend time with my boyfriend and go out to dinner!
ReplyDeletegoing to dinner with my boyfriend to a fabulous dallas restaurant. can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI'm living in DC right now (intern) and my boyfriend is flying out from provo (student) and meeting me in NYC. all true. best valentines day... in all of time.
ReplyDeleteMy 7th anniversary is the week before Valentines, so it is always a "two-fer". Valentines is usually a quiet night at home with the fam, and some take out. Can't complain! Although it would be much more glamorous if I had that pretty necklace to wear...
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteFor Valentine's day my single roommate and I (also single), are going to watch old movies and eat junk. I'm looking forward to it!
yikes, it is my year to plan valentines day and since i lost my job (dang economy!) at the end of december i don't think we will be able to do what i'd originally planned -- go see elton john + billy joel in concert! bummer.
ReplyDeletebut really, i am just glad i get to call him mine... so dinner + a movie will be just as great! this necklace would be a lovely addition!
We are having a Young Women thing Valentine's day evening, so here's to a romantic little lunch at home!
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I are closing on our first house at the end of the month so in an effort to save money, we opted to "skip" Valentine's Day this year - we're going to find a great recipe and cook dinner together and watch a movie with our dog. We wouldn't have it any other way!
ReplyDeletehow perfect is that necklace? i'm not sure what our plans are yet but i'm sure it'll be sweet.
ReplyDeletei always pretend it's not valentines day to see if my husband will do something special. talk about a plan backfiring :) but i love doing nothing with him...
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling necklace. We will be celebrating Valentine's Day a couple days early by spending a night out in the city while my husband's parents watch our new little daughter.
ReplyDeleteI love it! My Valentine's day will be filled with small signs of love, like banana pancakes in the morning and spontaneous hugs all day. barsall
ReplyDeleteI have two kids that are now old enough to understand what Valentines day is about. Last year we had a valentines dinner as a family and we're carrying on the tradition again.
ReplyDeleteWe're cooking dinner at home and will have the table all decorated with a pink table cloth, red plates, candles, rose petals, and heart confetti. My 4 year old son loved it last year so this year will be even more fun.
we're going to vegas baby! and that would be the perfect b-day accessory! fingers crossed :)
ReplyDeleteAnother romantic event with my parents - they've been in town for our last two anniversaries too! At least we have a free babysitter!
ReplyDeleteMy sweet husband picked up tickets to the symphony for the 13th, so that's when we'll celebrate. There's nothing more romantic to me than fabulous music with my true love.
ReplyDeletewould love to wear that out to dinner with my hubby! celebrating at our favorite restaurant in the city and perhaps a movie which we never get to do together.
ReplyDeletebeautiful! as for valentines day... i'm not sure. i probably should start thinking though.
ReplyDeleteSince we're living in the Caribbean (before you get too jealous, it is a 3rd world country:) there isn't much for fine dining, which is our usual valentine's celebration. So this year I'm planning on cooking, and surprising him with a cozy dinner on blankets at the end of the dock on our favorite beach here. I'm crossing my fingers the mosquitos will be nice!
ReplyDeletethat is the sweetest! thanks!
ReplyDeletelove, lindsay
oh pick me! my dear husband will be working (and that entire weekend) :( perhaps i can get all dolled-up and wear the necklace and watch some love movies and eat sweet treats.
ReplyDeleteI'll be waiting for all the flowers to go on sale the 15th so I deck out my house with fresh flowers...
ReplyDeleteOh this necklace is just beautiful. My husband will be out of town the entire week after Valentine's so we're celebrating early. Just a simple dinner since we have to get a babysitter. But simple is how I like it. :)
ReplyDeletewhat a lovely necklage.
ReplyDeleteWe're just having a nice & quite dinner at home :)
my husband and i spent our first valentine's day at waffle house. we were 19 and in college. fast forward to age 32 and it is still our v-day tradition:) the only thing that will be different this year is that our baby girl will be in the booth with us!
ReplyDeletei LOVE this necklace!
ReplyDeletemy husband and I are just leaving the kids and going to dinner!
I would love this necklace. My husband and I will probably go to dinner, but we have tickets to go to a tennis gave before the 14th.
ReplyDeleteoh what a sweet necklace - i would love to win. my valentine's plans are centered around the idea of making the best of a nessicity. we will be driving back to colorado from a utah visit with family: valentines goodies for my three kids and husband to be enjoyed on that long, sad drive home. hope this necklace brightens my day!
ReplyDeleteWish I could say that we have big plans, but I'm in the middle of writing lesson plans for Methods in ECE and my husband is buried under tax documents. It'll probably be uneventful. But, I'm hoping to be swept off my feet. That'd be a great surprise.
ReplyDeleteOMG...LOVE that necklace!!!!
ReplyDeleteOk, but seriously V-Day will be s'mores with my babies (hubby and 2 kids)...probably lots of snuggling while watching "Up"...and then MAYBE some adult snuggling after the kids go to bed...just maybe!
We are headed to NOLA for Mardi Gras to visit my family and celebrate my hubby's 30th birthday!
ReplyDeleteNo exciting plans. I will be attending a ward conference (as part of the stake Primary presidency). My valentines are all adorable nieces and nephews. One lives in the same city as myself so she'll probably come over for dinner and we'll read a book or ... her new favorite pastime ... peel wrappers off of crayons.
ReplyDeleteWell, my sister and her hubs and my nephews are coming down to visit from Maine. We're having a family get together on V-day to spend time with the ones we love! :)
ReplyDeleteChristina
alwayssmilin04@yahoo.com
I hope to have a relaxing and romantic evening with my hubby after we put the kids to bed.
ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for bows! My husband and I are planning on spending time together on valentines. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm half-way across the country from my family/friends and I'm single - so this Valentine's I'm going to watch sappy old movies. This necklace could turn a pathetic holiday into something to remember. Do you get bonus entries for being pathetic?
ReplyDeleteoh that is precious! i'll be spending the day with my kids {the husband has to work}. hopefully we'll go out to dinner another day! i love february.
ReplyDeletejust spend time with my baby...
ReplyDeleteI am not a necklace girl, but there is something about the simplicity of this one that makes me smile. For V-day I think I will be able to talk my husband into some junk food and a chick flick (Valentine's Day). Attending a chick flick is an only once a year type of thing that he will do!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love it! I love it! I love it!! I'm spending my heart day at a conference in New Mexico, but my adorable boyfriend is flying in for a fun rendezvous. It's my first V-day with a boyfriend....and I CANNOT wait!!!
ReplyDeletedarnit, that is adorable.
ReplyDeleteI'll be driving 12 hours home to UT with 3 kids under 5 from my roots in WA to see if I can make it home to my hubby in time to celebrate. Do you think I'll be in the mood? Maybe if I'm only wearing that necklace I can muster something up...
I have been eyeing this necklace since you first posted about it...so pretty and delicate!
ReplyDeleteMy only Valentine's day plan so far is to make my husband his favorite dessert: double chocolate torte. That baby is loaded with three sticks of butter, a cup of cream, 16 oz of chocolate and nine eggs (it sounds sickening right now but is to die for)... needless to say we only have it once a year! ha ha.
Beyond that labor of love...um...I guess wait and see what he has planned for me!
Valentine's Day Plans: wearing that necklace to dinner at P.F. Changs!
ReplyDeleteour valentines day plans usually involve take-out from el azteca - no long lines at a restaurant and i don't have to make dinner or pay for a babysitter. after the kids are in bed we'll watch a movie or play a game.
ReplyDeletemy husband and i are celebrating our one year anniversary (on the 12th) and going to vegas!
ReplyDeleteValentine's Day plans are still up in the air...but hopefully I'll be in Disneyland! And hopefully, I'll be wearing this pretty. It's so sweet!
ReplyDeleteLove this necklace!
ReplyDeleteIt's my first Valentine's Day as a married lady...I hope my hubby has something special planned! Its a surprise though and I would love love love to have something pretty to wear!! =)
ReplyDelete-K
sweet necklace! i am spending my vday going wedding dress shopping with my bestie/bride-to-be! how fun!
ReplyDeleteValentine's Day plans are still undecided, but will be a good day. Although it would be even better if I had this treasure to wear!!
ReplyDeletewowwwwww. it's so beautiful. Hubby and I are going to a traditional Elizabethan feast put on by the Davis High School Madrigals to celebrate, and on the day of, we're probably just staying in and having a nice dinner and going to bed early ;).
ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty! I love that! I will be spending Valentines day in Utah with my family. It is the weekend before my brother goes on his mission.
ReplyDeleteI don't think we'll be doing anything for Valentine's day except going to church. Maybe I'll whip up our favorite dinner and we'll watch one of the first movies we saw when we were dating.
ReplyDeleteValentines plans? Does teaching Sharing Time count?
ReplyDeleteI'm crossing my fingers that husband gets dinner reservations and a sitter for Saturday night. V day is all his deal!
Love the necklace!! Hope I win.
:)
the necklace is so lovely :)my hubby is taking to a chic flic and I'm making him his favorite dish :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know what my Valentine's plans are. The boyfriend hasn't told me yet.
ReplyDeleteNothing. Well... We'll probably talk about how smart we are to celebrate it a few days earlier/later and miss all the crowds.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately my boyfriend will be out of town on Valentines day this year :0(
ReplyDeleteMaybe winning this ridiculously cute necklace would make up for it?
I'm making my boyfriend a very nice candle light dinner & staying in (away from the crowds) for the night. I'm bringing over my massage table & setting it up to give him a very nice (PG rated) body massage. I'm also giving him the Sherlock Holmes soundtrack because he commented on how much he liked it after we saw it a couple of weeks ago.
ReplyDeleteoh how lovely...our v-day plans included a lunch at church complete with a teen photographer documenting the love (photos of couples, families, bff's you get the idea)after the meal...also prepared by teenagers. a family affair sorta day.
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend is in law school in Virginia and I have 2 semesters left at BYU, so I'm taking advantage of the long weekend and flying out to see him. We don't get to see each other very often, so the day/weekend will be special, regardless. But that is a great necklace...
ReplyDeleteFor V-day weekend, we are going snow shoeing with our 2 year old and 2 month old. I will make a heart shaped breakfast. Later on I will read to my daughter the book "Pinkalicious", and following that we will make pink cupcakes. In the evening we will watch a romantic movie and eat chocolate fondue!
ReplyDeleteMy lovely and I are having a night filled with dressing up,dancing, romance and fooood.
ReplyDeleteWe'll be having a nice quite dinner at home.
ReplyDeleteMy little sister is coming into town to visit for the long weekend so I'll get to be with my sisters AND my hubby! :) Couldn't be better.
ReplyDeletePretty excited for Vday this year. Grandma is taking the babe for the weekend, so it's going to be a party for three days! WOOT!
ReplyDeleteNo official plans yet, but I'd be happy with a quiet night at home with my husband.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to run my first 5K on Valentine's Day morning and will then spend the day with the boyfriend and his sister and friend at Mardi Gras parades! We live three hours apart, so we gotta pack as much fun into every weekend as we can. Nothing overly romantic but perfect for us! Also, I definitely had this necklace on my Christmas list but didn't get it, so I would love to wear it on the date that we will be going on to make up for less alone time on February 14.

ReplyDeleteMy honey and I splurge every year on a feast from Whole Foods! Ahi tuna, stinky cheeses, crusty breads...ooh I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteso pretty and delicate.
ReplyDeletevalentines day is my son's birthday. he'll be three this year. we are going to be celebrating that!
so many comments already!
ReplyDeletevalentine's day plans are to put the kids to bed early and have a little one on one time with the husband. picked out something special for him! *wink :)
My boyfriend and I will be snowboarding on Valentines Day <3
ReplyDeleteno plans as of yet, but I would make plans around that necklace;)
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I will have a quiet (romantic) dinner and a movie at home. The night before, we'll attend a (free and dorky) church sponsored dinner and dance.
ReplyDeletesimply pretty.
ReplyDeletemy plans so far are to make homemade oreo's and stuff our faces with them
my husband and i have been married almost eight years now and we have two kids, so this year for valentine's day i want to do something cheesy and silly for him, kind of like what you do when you're in love for the first time: make him a mix tape (cd), bake him a heart-shaped cookie, write him a note with lyrics or a love poem written out, silly stuff that will be fun and cheap, but also hopefully meaningful.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh this is so cute!
ReplyDeleteThis Valentine's day I'll be in New York on business :( I'm celebrating the weekend after!
We will celebrate the day before by going to a garden design class! Sounds silly, but can't wait!
ReplyDeleteI am leading a group of high school girls for a girls retreat this valentines weekend intended to focus on a girl's true beauty. This year's main theme is "Body Image" and we are going to emphasize how precious each girl is. Even though I cannot share this weekend with my bf, I think this will be a priceless weekend : )
ReplyDeletei'll be in philadelphia taking a music audition. hopefully this adorable little bow will bring me luck!
ReplyDeletei have no idea, but it will be better with that necklace for sure.
ReplyDeletekelly mccaleb
lovelovelove that necklace!
ReplyDeletesince it's our last few months living walking distance to the beach, maybe a beach picnic at sunset is in order?
My boyfriend and I decided to go out to dinner last year only to encounter long lines and a very limited menu. This year, we're planning a quiet dinner with some yummy food picked up from Whole Foods. :)
ReplyDeletemy b and i always write little love notes to one another on that day. they are mostly silly, but also very sentimental and give us a chance to reminisce on all things "lovey". this bow necklace would be the quintessential accessory to feel feminine and beautiful on the day of love!
ReplyDeletegorgeous necklace. no idea what our plan is for V-Day, guess we'll have to start thinking about it!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I don't know what are plans are yet. Nothing too big, our anniversary is close so we would rather celebrate then!
ReplyDeletegorgeous necklace! :]
ReplyDeletemy boyfriend lives a few hours away and the 13th is our anniversary, so i am going to see him for the weekend. we dont have any major plans, he's planning the date...so it will be a suprise. im just happy to get a weekend together, cheesy romance movies and takeout sounds good to me :D
Just going to love on my Husb. I plan to cook a meal that will knock his socks off. And i'd love to be wearing that darling little necklace.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet necklace. Our valentines plans aren't too romantic. My stepmother is hosting sunday dinner (as she does most Sundays) and we are going to make it valentine themed. Maybe all dress up. Kids, significant others and grandkids.
ReplyDeleteoh how lovely. what a delicate, sweet necklace.
ReplyDeleteso for Valentine's day - i am making my husbands favorite meal - buffalo chicken bites, sound romantic, i know. and probably quesadillas (sp?) for the kids (they will be at our valentine's feast at home with us). then we will exchange small homemade gifts - for each other and our children. and after the kids are sleeping, we'll cuddle while watching a movie, his choice.
i am excited for a day spent with my favorite loved ones!
ps, I AM LOVING MY PHOTO 101 book!! thanks for your hard work!
I love that necklace! We are going to Arizona to spend the weekend with our friends before they move to the east coast, not very romantic but a good time nonetheless.
ReplyDeleteAs it is Sunday, we will be blessing our second daughter in church on Valentine's day. She will be exactly two months old. My mom and sister are flying in for it and my husband's parents will be here as well. This beautiful necklace will just add to the beautiful day it will be. No better way to spend Valentine's day!
ReplyDeleteMy babysitter is available on the 13th, so we are celebrating v-day then by going to Avatar in 3D. I'm so excited! We've never shelled out the moola for a 3D before so I hope it's good.
ReplyDeleteThat necklace does inspire me to do something sweet on the 14th though too...
my husband likes to surprize me on valentines, I don't know if that means he takes months or days to plan it but hopefully something fun will happen.
ReplyDeleteI really like the necklace.
With a 3 month old baby around, it's hard to have too many extravagant plans. I'm planning on making a fondue dinner followed by pomegranate cheesecake for dessert.
ReplyDeleteOh, how I want this necklace!
the necklace is adorable. we will be on vacation in savannah for valentine's day and plan on kayaking at edie island.
ReplyDeleteMy husband says bah humbug (we have a great marriage, but he says he doesnt need a day to celebrate our love when it should always be celebrated)to V-day, so I am taking my valentines day hints down and planning our own. So we will be having heart pancakes and heart shaped turkey sandwhiches and a nice day on the couch celebrating our last quiet v-day before baby #1 comes (april 21st)
ReplyDeleteSuch an adorable necklace! I think the main thing I plan to do is bake some Valentine's Day sweets-- maybe cupcakes or a red velvet cake to eat as dessert. As a Hallmark employee, I feel like I've already started celebrating Valentine's Day for the past month, haha, so I think it will mostly be a low-key baking day with a nice dinner. :]
ReplyDeleteOur romantic plans involve me watching our kids while my opera singer husband performs a matinee of The Barber of Seville in Denver. He plays he is in love with Rosina, but he comes home to us. We will have to wait a few days for a real date.
ReplyDeleteLovely necklace.

ReplyDeleteI'll be on a field trip with students, taking them to the MLK national historic site to teach them about Dr. King's "radical love." I'm excited about spreading love -- albeit a non-traditional kind for Valentine's day!
ReplyDeleteStill working on the plans....I better get cracking!
ReplyDeleteaaahhhh! LOVE THIS NECKLACE! the 13th is our one year anniversary so our day is full of plans:
ReplyDelete-breakfast at magelby's fresh
-painting at color me mine
-go see Leap Year
-going to muse music to take $5 worth of photo booth pictures
-delicious peppered roast for dinner at home, maybe candles? :)
-a peanut butter chocolate cake with 1 candle in it to celebrate our first year together
i am so excited.
My new husband and i are celebrating our first date anneversary. 5 years ago on v-day we went out. and its been Bliss since our wedding day in aug.!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe're going away to a cabin in the mountains! Love the necklace.
ReplyDeleteAh! I've been daydreaming about this dainty little pretty since I saw you first post about it.
ReplyDeleteMy love and I will be celebrating laid-back (recessionista) style.
pancakes with my cute hubby & three sons, and then a babysitter for dinner & date time with hubby!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I'm rockin' the single life, so I'm just going to party it up with my roommates (which means we'll probably watch a romantic comedy and gorge on junk food). Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteHmmm - all I hope is that it involves a back rub.....No need for chocolate or flowers :)
ReplyDeleteI am going to make a cozy, romantic, picnic-styled meal for my husband in front of the living room fireplace. A nice relaxing evening at home!
ReplyDeleteI booked a Yurt adventure for my lova and me. We are going to do as the Vikings did and ride a sleigh to the middle of the wilderness (ok, maybe it's the Canyons Resort, but it can be wild, right?), then snowshoe to a Viking hut, or Yurt, where we'll dine with other adventurous Viking wanna-be's. I've already dubbed myself "Brynhild" and husband will be "Ulf." You can learn more here: http://www.thevikingyurt.com/
ReplyDeleteI can't wait! Hope you have a lovely Valentine's day!
We're going to Seattle! Which is perfect after reading all the comments from other readers on what to do while we're there! I'd love to be wearing this necklace while we visit :)
ReplyDeletemy plans include dinner with friends and maybe a movie:) happy v-day!
ReplyDeleteWe have visitors staying at our house that weekend, so maybe they'll babysit while we go out. :)
ReplyDeletewhitneyhale@gmail.com
Dinner party with sweet friends!
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend will be studying so maybe we'll grab a quick bite to eat somewhere and then rent a movie. A cozy night at home.
ReplyDeleteMy plans are a quiet dinner at home with the hubby after the kiddos are in bed :)
ReplyDeletejessmy13@yahoo.com
i plan to spend valentines day working at the hospital saving lives! love this necklace.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE their designs, and this one is so sweet and feminine. It's my birthday, so I'll be celebrating with all the people I love!
ReplyDeleteI will spend V-day at the movies watching a great chick flick! With my twin sister of course! Love the necklace, would love to wear it to work!
ReplyDeleteWith 2 kiddos and 1 new baby, my hubby and I haven't been alone a whole lot. So I begged him for a date ALONE with just us. We will probably go out to dinner somewhere new and then snuggle up to watch a movie at home.
ReplyDeleteThis Valentines, we are going to eat at my new favorite restaurant, and play games with our friends.
ReplyDeleteLove the necklace.
My plan is to go camping in southern utah with some friends since i don't have a special someone.
ReplyDeleteAll I need this Valentines Day is waffles with strawberries for breakfast. Church. Then maybe a fine dinner that night with friends.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a necklace quite like this...FANTASTIC!
ReplyDeleteLet's just say that I'm "in between boyfriends" right now...ha. Ergo, probably a night out with all of the single ladies in my life! :)
This necklace would be PERFECT for Valentines Day! Fingers crossed! We are ditching the babies and going skiing then dinner and staying in a hotel... can't wait!
ReplyDeleteadorable necklace. our plans are to go to church, come home and open presents as a family (mom to dad and dad to mom) and then head to Monterey, Ca to spend time with grandma and grandpa and go to the aquarium the next day. I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteabsolutly amazing. i plan to do a day of surprise loves for my darling husband. and to make it so fun and stress free for him since he has such a stressful life with premed school. we are trying to save money so i am making him a book of all the things i love about him in pictures! i would love to wear this beauty!
ReplyDeletethanks
love your work!

i plan on being ambitious this year and whipping up breakfast for my husband. and then, since v-day falls on a sunday this year, we'll go to church and probably have our nine sunbeams make valentines for their parents. (i'm hoping i get some bonus points for having to deal with nine three year olds.) :)
ReplyDeleteoh yes. pick me!!!
ReplyDeleteA friend and I plan on going to dinner, seeing Valentine's Day, then enjoying a bottle of wine. How else are single gals supposed celebrate "single awareness day"?
ReplyDeleteGirls night out!!! Facials and pedicures during the day and then going out to Cheesecake Factory that night
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what I'm doing ON v-day...
ReplyDeletehowever, on the 13th... I'm going to be in your photo class in the morning, then spending the day in SF with my boyfriend and then heading to a HAITI fundraiser concert at the Fillmore in SF! It'll be a big day...
I would LOVE to be wearing this necklace while I do it all! :)
What are my plans for Valentine's Day? I'm heading to Chinatown to photograph Chinese New Year's festivities! There's 2 holidays on Feb. 14 baby!
ReplyDeleteGoing to a small island in the Philippines! Palawan.
ReplyDeleteWe are having a fondue party with friends! It is tradition. I love it. Then, on a different night my honey and I celebrate. It's just easier with restaurants and babysitters and all...
ReplyDeletewell, my partner is gonna be at work so I will be on my own with my baby girl for the whole day.Necklace would really cheer me up : )
ReplyDeleteIt's a very beautiful necklace ! Ans thanks for the contest !!
ReplyDeleteWell, I haven't planned anything yet for Valentine's Day... I think I'll just stay at home with my boyfriend and prepare a simple meal with good french wine, and lots of love !!
I love this necklace!
ReplyDeleteWe will have a calm day with delicious meals and a little excursion in the mountains!
I'll be forcing my husband to take me to the "Valentines Day" movie and breaking my diet at a yummy restaurant!
ReplyDeletethat necklace is way too cute for words! For Valentines Day I am going to go to the beach and have a picnic with my husband.
ReplyDeletesaracwalk@gmail.com
I'll be attending the Kids Trade Show in Vegas - with my hubby!
ReplyDeletei am making my boyfriend a romantic dinner for valentine's! he is so sweet to me, he deserves to get pampered! :D
ReplyDeletep.s. i SO want that necklace!!
Celebrating my first nephew's birthday with his favorite candy- mints! :)
ReplyDeleteWe have a new baby...not doing anything except making a nice dinner!
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! I am flying to SLC to surprise my fiance.
ReplyDeleteWe are having heart shaped food for the kids all day (and possibly pink), then having a waffle night with good friends. The big party is Monday, my darling husband's birthday.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately we have no plans since we are waiting for our baby to come. It's very possible we could be celebrating in the hospital!
ReplyDeleteit probably won't be as glamorous as in years past, but the important thing is we'll be together!
ReplyDeleteCute!
ReplyDeletePlans to run my very first half-marathon that morning. Hopefully I'll still be able to move come night fall. :)
my plans are to go to a birthing class for our baby due in march and then out to dinner in downtown chicago.
ReplyDeleteI've had my eye on that necklace forever!
ReplyDeleteI'll be spending this Valentine's Day in Disney World with my younger sister, followed by a belated V-Day celebration with my boyfriend the following weekend. I'm cooking - eek!
I'm making the ultimate Valentine's Day sacrifice - staying in front of the tv and watching the Daytona 500 with my husband! He's a huge Nascar fan, and I know we can celebrate our shmoopiness any day.
ReplyDeleteunfortunately, we have no plans yet. why? well, we've had a crazy start with 2010, living in a hotel while our house is repaired involved lots of work. so, we will do something.... but i will definitely be wearing that!!!
ReplyDeleteI'll be picking up my dear college roommate from the airport and introducing her to my daughter! Romantic, not exactly. Delightful and better than any forced mushiness, definitely! Hubby and I will enjoy hanging out with her :)
ReplyDeletecelebrating with my single friends at our favorite mexican restaurant!
ReplyDeleteLove this necklace. We're hoping to leave the babe with the grandparents and have a rare night out on the town!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet and tiny.
ReplyDeleteEvery year my church holds a Valentine's Day Social (dinner + dance.) This is the ONE time of year that I can get my husband to willingly dance with me. As silly as it is, I care more about that rocking-back-and-forth with one arm over his shoulder and my other hand held by his, than I do about silly love notes, flowers, chocolates, or stuffed animals.
ReplyDeletethe day before valentines i'm hoping to go out to dinner since my MIL can watch the baby... and on sunday we'll make a fancy breakfast of waffles, strawberries, & whipping cream.
ReplyDeleteMy husband is great in many ways, but he doesn't believe in Valentine's Day, so nothing is happening over here! That delicate necklace could cheer things up a bit.
ReplyDeleteWe are planning to go see a play at the Hale Theater (utah)and a nice dinner afterwards. Nothing too fancy.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I are actually getting a babysitter and going on a real date. Our son is nine months old so it doesn't happen often. I'm excited for it
ReplyDeletebeautiful necklace!
ReplyDeletemy husband and i have always gone out for breakfast on valentines day.
We're going to a Cuban restaurant and then will exchange books. Love the necklace!
ReplyDeleteWe're going to have a themed breakfast and lunch! Can Valentine's day desserts count as dinner?
ReplyDeleteLove that necklace!
My in-laws will be in town...and while I love them, it doesn't exactly scream romance! So, I should probably get this necklace to brighten my day!
ReplyDeleteI will be away from my husband:( I am flying to Belgium with my almost 2 year old alone. Yikes. This necklace would make it all better.
ReplyDeletei'll be celebrating my 30th birthday! i'm actually going out the night before with friends, so i imagine my husband and i will enjoy a lovely dinner at home that evening. :)
ReplyDeleteMaking creme brulee with the kids.... Then putting them to bed early. :)
ReplyDeleteI would like nothing more than a big bar of chocolate (preferably Green&Blacks), a movie, and some snuggling with my little chica.
ReplyDeletehoping my boyfriend will resist the urge to make reservations at White Castle... he keeps insisting "but they will have table cloths!" :( seriously.
ReplyDeleteMy plan is to start my life over, with all hope in new possibilities! :) xoxo,

My family will be in town to bless my little niece. What more could you ask for to spend Valentine's Day with all those you LOVE the most?!?!?
ReplyDeleteI'm taking my beautiful girlfriend/partner to our favorite dessert wine vineyard in Oregon where we're going to surprise the owners (a young couple with a new baby) with homemade bread, roasted garlic, cheeses and non-dessert wine for lunch! Then we'll head back to her place and I'll make a special barley/porcini/sherry soup and we're going to watch the Olympics by the fire!
ReplyDeleteWell, as I just had a baby last week, he won't be old enough to take anywhere. However, it just so happens my mother-in-law will be visiting then, so we will either all stay in together and have a nice dinner, or perhaps she will watch the little one while hubby and I go out for a quick break-away!

It will just be me and my baby boy (11 months) this year. While daddy works we plan on going to the park for some duck feeding and eatting heart shaped jello. :)

ReplyDeleteLove this!!! My plans include putting on a sweethearts dance for the residents of the retirement home where I work. Since women outnumber men about 5 to 1, I'm working on getting a bunch of my guy friends to come and boogie with the ladies.
