pilates training
i'm in the middle of my pilates teacher training, so i picked up this sweatshirt that has now become my favorite... and if you're in sf, i'll be starting group mat classes next week (free) to get my practice on.

okay- I love pilates from my dancing days but its been awhile. I would LOVE to come! Oh, and do you teach everything? :)
i'm getting certified from Balanced Body, through EHS in SF.
