i've also been playing with papa's (grandpa) old leica from 1954 -here are a few from my first successful roll. i hope to be shooting many many more rolls.
I don't know if I've ever commented before but I've read your blog for at least a year and love it of course. I just wanted to comment on how awesome these photos are, having been taken with such an old camera. It makes me want to see them in black and white and grainy to see how they would have looked back then. Recently I saw a cool article with color photos from the early 1900s in Russia...rare to see color then but it makes people seem more "real" from so long ago.
