didn't have time to photograph this yesterday.. so here is a rare saturday post.
sullivan no-knead bread is my all-time favorite, discovered by my family. start yours tonight for some amazing deliciousness tomorrow. do it with 1 1/2 tsp salt instead of 1 1/4 tsp, and try parchment paper in the dutch oven.
(thanks for the string, jordan.)also...
1. do we like the new, large photo format?
2. why are my screen grabs adding a gray line at the bottom? (see photos below)

this looks delicious. i've been wanting to make some homemade bread for a few weeks now. too swamped this weekend but maybe after our move.
ReplyDeletep.s. natalie told me about the sweet shoot you guys have planned coming up. ugh. i got SO jealous when she mentioned "tea party." those are gonna be some awesome images!!
I like these photos.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh....I am craving bread with some great kerrigold Irish butter and Sel Gris salt.....HEAVEN!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blog...You are on my reader list
YUM!
ReplyDeleteso i've had the same problem with gray lines on the pictures i post, too. what i've narrowed it down to is this: sometimes when i insert the picture and then the cursor is right after the picture, if i make a space it will give me a slight blue line under the picture which then transfers into a gray line permanently under it when i post. don't know if this is the exact same thing as what you're getting, but it sure sounds like it. so if you avoid making spaces or soft returns after the images, and making a hard return to the next line, they usually go away....hope that might help!
ReplyDeletei also sometimes get the lines if i copy and paste within the post. better to just drag the pics around.
ReplyDeleteI like the larger picture format a lot, but it does take longer to load.
ReplyDeletehow did you get the pictures bigger? i like it and tried to do it with my blog in the past but had to use a photobucket code
ReplyDeletethis bread is so easy and it tastes delicious, thanks for sharing your little secret. i like the bigger pictures.
ReplyDeletethanks, brooke!
