gorgonzola pasta
just returned home (sf) from a trip from home (ut) after doing a quick weekend shoot. while there, mom made one of my favorite dishes... gorgonzola pasta. the recipe comes from a friend of a friend who is a fabulous personal chef. i thought it should be fine to share since it already made it on the web. here it is!
forgot to mention that we like creamy vs crumbly gorgonzola.

Oh my, this looks so good. I just recently tried one of your mom's pasta recipes from the ward cook book and loved it. Brandon loved it too!

I've been looking for a good recipe for gorgonzola pasta, thanks! Just don't do what I did once and swap blue cheese instead...it'll be completely inedible!
mmmm That is one of my favorites too! But I'm the only one in the house that likes it, so it tends to be a midnight meal around here.
